Filling horizontal holes with a pump

First Operation

Drilling and cleaning the hole.

Second Operation

Mass and charging of holes by means of pneumatically operated pump, using green, universal Buster by PROSTAR.

Third Operation

The tube must fit the 32 mm diameter hole so that none of the material can escape. As filling is done from the bottom onwards, it must have the depth of the hole, which in this case is 10 m.

Fourth Operation

The end of the filling operation must be synchronised with the sealing or plugging of the hole. The paper plug is inserted by hand until pressure is felt between the paper and the mass, ensuring that the hole is perfectly full.
